Are animations and transitions kept?

No — PDF is a static format, so each slide is captured in its final state. Embedded videos become their poster frame.

Are my presenter notes included in the PDF?

No, only the slides themselves are rendered. That is usually what you want when sharing a deck — your private notes stay private.

Is my presentation uploaded and kept anywhere?

It is uploaded only for the conversion itself, processed in memory, and deleted as soon as the PDF is returned. Nothing is stored.
