How to use
Drop your PowerPoint file onto the upload area — pptx, ppt, and odp are accepted, up to 20MB. Click Convert and each slide is rendered as one PDF page, preserving backgrounds, images, and text positioning. Preview the result in the embedded viewer to check that slides look right, then download. The file is converted in memory and deleted immediately — it never touches disk storage.
Why use this tool
Sending a raw PowerPoint file is risky: the recipient may not have PowerPoint, their version may render fonts differently, and presenter notes or hidden slides travel with the file. A PDF locks each slide as a page that looks identical everywhere — ideal for sharing decks by email, submitting slides for a conference, printing handouts, or publishing a presentation online. This converter runs LibreOffice Impress under the hood, needs no Office license, works from any browser including your phone, and never stores your deck.
FAQ
- Does each slide become one PDF page?
- Yes. Slides map one-to-one to PDF pages in landscape, exactly as they appear in the slideshow — including background images and embedded pictures.
- Are animations and transitions kept?
- No — PDF is a static format, so each slide is captured in its final state. Embedded videos become their poster frame.
- Are my presenter notes included in the PDF?
- No, only the slides themselves are rendered. That is usually what you want when sharing a deck — your private notes stay private.
- Is my presentation uploaded and kept anywhere?
- It is uploaded only for the conversion itself, processed in memory, and deleted as soon as the PDF is returned. Nothing is stored.
