By accessing or using MagicTools (tools.cooconsbit.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

MagicTools provides a collection of free online utilities, including Markdown editors, file converters, image hosting, calculators, and developer tools.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through the service. You must not use MagicTools in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.

Some features require a free account created via GitHub or Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your linked OAuth account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information as supplied by the OAuth provider

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload (shared documents, images, etc.). By submitting content to MagicTools, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove content that violates these terms.

All content on MagicTools that is not user-generated — including but not limited to the site design, code, logos, tool interfaces, articles, and documentation — is the property of MagicTools or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written permission, except for content you create yourself.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity or to transmit illegal content
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure, accounts, or data
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to abuse rate-limited endpoints
• Resell, rent, or commercially exploit the service without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Interfere with other users' use of the service

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

MagicTools is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use our services at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MagicTools, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

You may stop using MagicTools at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the site or via your account email (if applicable). Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MagicTools operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
