How to use
Click the mode tab (Focus / Short Break / Long Break) to select a session type, then press the play button to start the timer. Use the reset button to restart the current session, or skip to jump to the next. Customize durations in Settings.

The Pomodoro Technique improves focus by breaking work into timed intervals separated by short breaks. Studies show it reduces mental fatigue and improves productivity for deep work tasks.

- What is the Pomodoro Technique?
- Work for 25 minutes, take a 5-minute break. After every 4 pomodoros, take a longer 15-minute break. Repeat.
- Does it play a sound when time is up?
- Yes, a short audio alert plays when each session ends, using the Web Audio API — no files downloaded.
- Can I change the timer durations?
- Yes. Click Settings to customize Focus, Short Break, and Long Break durations (1–120 minutes each).
